Technical checklist

Include the details you have in your description. This list is not automatically added to your email. You can attach documents later in your email application.

• Structural drawings, damage locations and photographs of the repair area.
• Steel grade, nominal component thicknesses and available thickness measurement results.
• Classification society requirements for the repair, welding and documentation.

• Technical or isometric drawings with dimensions and connection locations.
• Pipe material, diameters, wall thicknesses, connection types and fittings.
• Service medium, operating pressure and temperature, and leak test requirements.

• Equipment manufacturer, model and serial number, with a nameplate photograph.
• Electrical diagrams, control documentation and current protection settings.
• Fault description, alarm messages and available measurement results.

• Machinery manufacturer, type and serial number, with documentation or an assembly drawing.
• Wear or fault description, photographs and available component measurements.
• Operating parameters, required overhaul scope and class requirements for testing.

• Equipment manufacturer, model and serial number, with a nameplate photograph.
• Part numbers, drawing or manual item references, and required dimensions.
• Quantities, acceptable part type: original, OEM or replacement, and technical documentation and class requirements.

• Product name or intended application, contamination type and surface material.
• Required quantity and product concentration.
• System operating conditions and safety data sheet and specification requirements.
